The purpose the Site is to:
- Enable you to assess your skills level with various psychometric instruments
- Enable you to increase your brain power with various cognitive excercises.
- Enable you to get evaluated by your own networks of friends, colleagues and other contacts.
We obtain personal information from you during registration as well as by importing information from Facebook and LinkedIn. We use this information in order for you to receive the benefits of the Site and Services. We may also use this information to stay in touch with you.
You provide your personal information to us voluntarily and having agreed to this privacy policy on your registration on the Site, or by adding our Facebook or LinkedIn applications.
We need to collect and use your information in order to allow you to benefit from the Site.
Your Activities on IQ Friends
Contact Invitations
In order to have your contacts evaluate you or invite them to also take professional psychometrics, you may use the Services to invite them via Facebook or LinkedIn as well as Email. The names and email addresses of people that you invite will be used only to send your invitation and reminders. We retain this information to allow you to see the invitations you have sent and also so we can analyse the invitation service. Any person you invite can ask us to remove this information.
Communication on IQ Friends
If you post materials on the Site, you do so at your own risk.
We cannot control and are not responsible for the actions of Users with whom you share your personal information.
We do not guarantee that your personal information will not be viewed by unauthorised persons.
Communications with us
We may collect information through the Site or by "contact us" in order to deal with an enquiry, comment or complaint you may have about the Site or Services.
Web log files, cookies and other recognition technologies
We may collect information and details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic personal information, location personal information, weblogs and other communication personal information, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

- We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
- You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the personal information protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable.
- If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
- You can update your personal information, choose how your personal information is dealt with (including what is on your public profile and what is private) as well as visibility and accessibility. You can also tell us to close your account at any time. If you update your personal information we may keep a copy of your original personal information or older versions provided in our backup files or on our database.
- You can also close your account. On account closure, we will use our reasonable endeavours to remove your name and other personally identifiable information from public view, however this may not be possible if other search engines (e.g. Google) or social networking sites (e.g. Facebook) have your information. We may retain certain information or Site content contributed by you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, or if required by law.
